  • Here at Grub Rug, our quality control team carefully checks every item to ensure it is in perfect condition before being packaged and sent to you.

    Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or where an incorrect colour, size or product has been selected when placing your order. Please carefully check your order and measurements before completing your purchase.

    As a small Australian-made business, our products are made and prepared specifically for each order, so we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns as a standard practice.

    Incorrect or Faulty Items

    If you receive an item that is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at sales@grubrug.com.au before returning the item so we can assess the issue and confirm the appropriate return process.

    Where an item is confirmed to be incorrect or faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Change-of-Mind Returns Offered as a Gesture of Goodwill

    In some circumstances, Grub Rug may, at our discretion, agree to accept a change-of-mind return as a gesture of goodwill. Any approved return must be agreed with Grub Rug before the item is sent back and must meet our return requirements.

    Return Requirements for Approved Change-of-Mind Returns:

    • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    • The Grub Rug must be brand new and unused.

    • All original tags must remain attached.

    • The item must be returned in its original condition.

    Where a change-of-mind return is approved as a gesture of goodwill, any exchange, store credit or other arrangement will be as agreed with Grub Rug prior to the return being made.

    Please note that loose or excess threads are not considered faulty, as these can be a natural result of the manufacturing process. Recycled Polyethylene Yarn may shed loose fibres while the product is being worn in.

    Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
